PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE
Ataklar Danışmanlık Yay. ve İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Sajea”) processes personal data in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and takes appropriate measures to protect privacy and fundamental rights.
Personal data processed
Depending on your relationship with Sajea, the data processed may include your name and surname, contact details, identity information, delivery and billing addresses, invoice information, account and order records, payment and transaction information, requests and complaints, and website access and traffic records. Card security codes and full card numbers are not stored by Sajea.
Purposes and legal grounds
Personal data may be processed to create and manage memberships, receive and fulfil orders, process payments, deliver products, issue invoices, provide customer support, maintain transaction security, comply with accounting, tax, consumer and other legal obligations, establish or defend legal claims, improve services and, where legally permitted or consented to, conduct marketing communications.
Collection methods
Data may be collected electronically through membership, order, payment and contact forms, cookies and server records, or through communications with customer service. Processing is based on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK, including performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights, legitimate interests and, where required, explicit consent.
Transfers
Personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary and in compliance with applicable law, with payment institutions and banks, cargo and logistics companies, hosting and information-technology providers, accountants, legal advisers, competent public authorities and other service providers involved in fulfilling the relevant service. International transfers, if any, are carried out in accordance with KVKK.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed; request information about processing; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn the recipients to whom it is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where legal conditions are met; request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to recipients; object to a result produced exclusively through automated analysis; and claim compensation where unlawful processing causes damage.
