Membership Agreement
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This agreement is between Ataklar Danışmanlık Yay. ve İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., located at Ünalan Mah. Soyak Cami Sok. No:6A/9, Üsküdar, 34700 Istanbul, Türkiye (“Sajea”), and the person who creates an account on www.sajea.com.tr (“Member”).
2. Subject
The agreement sets out the conditions governing membership in and use of www.sajea.com.tr.
3. Member obligations
The Member declares that all information supplied during registration is accurate and current. Login credentials are personal and must not be disclosed to third parties. The Member is responsible for transactions performed through the account unless Sajea is promptly notified of unauthorised access.
The Member shall use the website in compliance with the law, public order, accepted standards of morality, intellectual-property rights and the rights of third parties. Activities that disrupt or prevent use of the service, including spam, malicious software, unauthorised access and fraudulent transactions, are prohibited.
4. Sajea’s rights and obligations
Sajea may take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the website and member data, update the website and its services, suspend access for security or legal reasons, and terminate memberships that breach this agreement or applicable law. Website software, design, trademarks and content may not be copied, modified or used without permission.
Sajea may collect technical records such as IP address, access time and visited pages for security, legal compliance, service operation and improvement. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice and the Privacy Principles and Cookie Policy.
5. Communications
Transactional emails or messages relating to membership, security and orders may be sent to the contact details provided by the Member. Commercial electronic communications are sent only in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out rules.
6. Term and termination
This agreement enters into force when registration is completed and remains effective until the membership is closed by the Member or terminated by Sajea in accordance with this agreement and applicable law. Obligations that by their nature survive termination remain effective.
7. Amendments
Sajea may update this agreement where required by legislation, security, technology or service changes. The current version is published on the website and applies from its announced effective date, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
8. Governing law and disputes
Turkish law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules concerning competent consumer arbitration committees and courts remain reserved. For other disputes, Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction to the extent legally permitted.
By completing membership registration, the Member confirms having read and accepted this agreement.
